2R ROOMS

House manual — 2R rooms

For rooms 102 and 202. Up to 7 guests, 40 m², two bedrooms plus a loft. Separate shower booth and separate toilet — no bathtub.

Basics

  • Floor plan: two bedrooms, a living room, and a loft. Room 102 has two lofts and two futon sets; room 202 has one loft and one futon set.
  • Beds: two queen-sized beds (one per bedroom), one sofa bed in the living room, and futon(s) in the loft.
  • Bathroom: a separate shower booth and a separate toilet room. There is no bathtub in 2R rooms.
  • Kitchen: IH stove, microwave, fridge, kettle. Please note: 2R rooms do not have a rice cooker.

Shower booth (no bathtub)

  • Step into the booth and turn the lever to start the water. Adjust the temperature on the wall thermostat.
  • Please keep the booth door closed while showering so water does not flood the floor.
  • Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided inside the booth. Hair dryer and straightener are in the room.

Toilet (separate room)

  • A separate room with a multifunction warm-water bidet seat. Use the buttons on the side panel.
  • Please flush sanitary products with the seat-side panel, never in the sink.

Washing machine — auto detergent

  • 2R rooms have automatic detergent and softener dispensing. Please do not add detergent yourself.
  • Standard, quick, and blanket cycles are available.
  • Thick blankets, carpets, shoes, and items with metal parts cannot be washed.
  • Quiet hours: please do not use the washer between 22:00 and 08:00 to avoid disturbing neighbors.
  • If you hear unusual sounds, please stop the machine and message us via your booking app.

Kitchen

  • IH stove: press the power button, then select cooking heat. Only flat-bottomed pots and pans work.
  • Basic cookware, utensils and tableware are provided. Please wash them before checkout.
  • There is no rice cooker in 2R rooms. Please use the stove with a pot if needed.

TV / streaming

The room has an Android-based smart monitor for YouTube, Netflix and similar services. There is no terrestrial Japanese TV. Please sign out of any accounts you log into.

Stairs

There is no elevator. Room 102 is on the 1st floor; room 202 is on the 2nd floor.
