How to check out

On departure

1. Pack up, and please double-check the bathroom shelf, drawers and outlets for forgotten items.
2. Turn off the air conditioner and any lights you can reach.
3. Place used towels and linens on the bed or in the bath area (no need to fold).
4. Bagged garbage may be left as instructed in the house manual on the day collection is scheduled.
5. Close the door firmly behind you — the smart lock will re-lock automatically.

About the door code

The 4-digit door code becomes invalid at check-out time. There is no physical key to return.

After you leave

Your access code is reset automatically after check-out, so you cannot re-enter the room. If you realize you have forgotten something, please contact us via AirHost / your booking app as soon as possible.

Lost & found

Items left behind are kept for a limited time. Forwarding by post is possible at your cost; please reach out from your booking platform.
