How to check in
What to prepare before you arrive, and how to enter your room when you do.
Check-in time
From 15:00. Early check-in is not available — please leave your luggage at a station coin locker or send it ahead.
Before you arrive
- Confirm your reservation in the email or app you booked with (AirHost, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- A few days before arrival, you will receive a check-in message including your room number and a 4-digit door code via your booking platform’s message.
- Keep that message handy — you will need the door code on arrival.
On the day
- Walk from Takadanobaba Station to the building (about 5 minutes).
- Find your assigned room by the room number on the door.
- Enter the 4-digit code into the smart lock at the door, then turn the handle. The lock unlocks for a few seconds.
- Inside, please remove your shoes at the entrance and step up to the room.

If the door won’t open
If the smart lock does not respond, please double-check the digits in your check-in message and try again. If it still does not open, send a message via AirHost / your booking app — we will help right away.
Important notes
- Front desk reception is not available. All check-in is self-service via smart lock.
- Identity verification is performed in advance through the booking platform.
- There is no elevator. Please prepare for stairs depending on your room.
